Ashley Jones

District Director Houston North

Ashley Jones joins First Priority from the corporate world, where she has spent the bulk of her professional life in the Events Industry as an executive, developing teams and processes to improve company culture and efficiency. The Lord has blessed her with many opportunities to serve the Body of Christ: as a worship leader, working with women, as well as kids and students. God was in every detail that led her to First Priority, and back into a full-time ministry capacity. Ultimately, it was her love for Jesus and for people, for them to know the hope of Christ, that drew her heart to FP.

She and her husband Alex have been married for 20 years and are the blessed parents of 5 incredible kids; some of which will be walking with her to launch FP clubs in Houston this fall. The Jones Family is called to ministry together and are thrilled to walk in this next season and all that God will do in Space City! #LaunchingHouston

Joseph Jabbia

District Director Houston West

Joseph has been dedicated to student ministry for the past seven years, with a deep passion for seeing every student come to know and be transformed by Jesus Christ. As the District Director for First Priority Houston, he is committed to uniting local churches with a strategic plan to bring the Gospel to middle and high school campuses across the city and beyond.

In early 2024, Joseph, his wife Haleigh, and their two daughters, Selah and Shiloh, felt called to Houston and have fully embraced the city and its surrounding communities. With a strong belief that God is moving in powerful ways, he is focused on equipping students, churches, and leaders to create lasting spiritual impact in schools.

With First Priority recognized as a nationally accredited student-led non-profit, Joseph is honored to help lead one of its largest initiatives in Houston. Through collaboration with pastors, ministry leaders, and educators, he is dedicated to building a movement that empowers students to share the Gospel, make disciples, and influence their generation for Christ.
