First Priority of America Fall Conference

• Takes place every October
• The purpose of the conference is four fold:
  • Relationships – inclusion no exclusion
  • Revival – Directors soul care
  • Realignment – vision and mission
  • Retooling – strategy and tool bag
• The primary person attending the fall conference is Director or Coordinator of a First Priority Chapter/District. We also have board members (local and national), club coaches, and other people attend as interested.
• The conference is rotated around to different cities like Nashville, Atlanta, and Orlando, but has been in other locations as well.

Annual Spring Meeting

Every spring we take some time out to reflect on the school year and what worked and what didn’t work and set some new goals for the upcoming year. It’s also a time where we introduce the club materials for the upcoming school year. We meet as smaller groups in locations central to most areas so that all can find a place nearby to attend.

FPoA Training

Each quarter we hold a training for any new director or coordinator that is coming on to staff to lead an area. Cost of Training: Free
