District Director Position
The District Director provides executive direction and leadership for the District. Overseeing 150 +/- clubs that are being run by several full-time and part-time Area Coordinators. The District Director reports to the Regional Manager.
Area Coordinator Position
An average full-time Area Coordinator will launch and/or manage 25 +/- fully established clubs. Doing that involves raising funds and engaging the the local church. Area Coordinators report to the District Director.
Regional Manager Position
Regional Managers assist in the recruitment, hiring, training, performance, and ministry operations of the staff for their assigned region. They report to and work cooperatively with and under the authority of FPoA.
