If you would like to volunteer as a campus coach for a club please fill out the campus coach application and then return to fill out a background check. You must complete both the application and the background check in order to volunteer.
If you would like to volunteer as a Faculty Sponsor or a Student Leader, please fill out the appropriate form below. You do not need to submit a background check for these roles.
