Version 1.20.0 – February 18, 2025 Update

We’ve got another great update for the First Priority Club app! This update is live at app.firstpriority.club and will soon be available as an update through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Our biggest update is a modification to the monthly club report form (pictured below).

We’ve made it easy for you to compare your current report to the previous one to see the growth in your area or make any modifications if something seems off. The previous monthly report cannot be changed; it is there so you have a reference when you need to fill out the next report.

The second column is where the magic happens. If you use the app consistently and all of your meeting reports are up to date, the app will automatically input the most updated information for you in the form. You will notice that schools, clubs, decisions, and highest weekly attendance are already filled out. If there is information that needs to adjust information from this view, you can do so easily. This number is automatically populated based on the weekly club reports submitted throughout the month.

It’s important to know that clubs and schools calculate the total based on which clubs are either “Active” or “Needs Attention.” The system will not count any club or school that is listed as “Pending” or “Inactive.” If you want to learn more about updating club status, you can view that page here. (Note: If you do not consistently use the FP Club app, then all of the second column will be set to zero, and you can add the data you wish to add.

However, church partners and leaders are blank for now. Based on your information, you will need to type those numbers in the form.

It’s a simple update but one we think will make this form easier to understand and fill out quickly.

Along with this update, we’ve also fixed a few bugs and updated some things in the backend.
