Copying Resources from Catalog

When you click on “Resources” from the menu, you get presented with two options at the top of your screen.

ACTIVE: The Active tab hosts all of the resources that you would like to make available to your Clubs.

CATALOG: The Catalog tab contains all of the resources that National Support Center has preloaded into the app for you but is not viewable to Clubs.

Under these tabs, resources are grouped by category. Categories help keep the resource folder grouped and organized.

In order to move items easily from the Catalog to the Active tab, just follow these easy steps…

1. Click on the Catalog tab
2. Locate the resource (or resources) you wish to copy. You might click on each category to find the specific resource you are looking for.
3. There are two options when copying:
   1. Click the “Copy All to My FP” if you want to move every item in that category to your Active tab.
   2. Click the square icon   next to each resource to move individual resources to your Active tab.

That’s it! Now everyone can see the resources they need for this school year.
