Add Resources to Meeting
Once you get your app running and meetings created, it’s time to add resources to a club meeting. First make sure that you have added resources to your Active tab. Click here to learn how to do that.
This step is important because it allows you to only show the resources necessary for each meeting. It also allows for resources to be available when a mobile device loses connection to the internet through a feature we call “Offline Mode.”
- Go to your meetings tab.
- Select your meeting.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen. You might see “No resources assigned” or an indicator of how many resources are assigned to this meeting.
- Scroll through your Active resources and check as many resources as you would like making sure to only include the resources necessary for this meeting.
- Click Submit.
