Mark Robbins

President

Mark serves as the President of First Priority. He spends most of his day managing the organizational side of the ministry, including fundraising and Board development. He was the initiator and director of First Priority Tri-States, the 2nd oldest FP chapter. Mark resides in eastern Kentucky with his wife, Michelle. They have three children, Nathaniel & Mikaela (Robbins) Gray, Caleb & Morgan (Robbins) Croom, and Micah and Mary-Madison Robbins. They also have five grandchildren.

Brad Schelling

EVP of Operations

Brad serves as the EVP of Operations for First Priority of America. He is also co-host of the FPoA podcast. Overseeing Operations involves working with Finance, Club content and materials, the FP App, and FPoA events. Brad has been in Student Ministry full time since 1999, starting as a Club Coach with First Priority in 2001. He joined the FPoA staff in 2008, and moved his family to Nashville, TN in 2011 to be more centrally located with the First Priority movement. Brad and his wife, Erika reside in Middle Tennessee. They have four children, Josiah & Grace Schelling, Kaci; Morgan, George and a dog named Bagel. He and his family attend Church of the City in Spring Hill.

Shane Kenney

Texas State Director

Shane Kenney has been working with students since 1998. He served as a Youth Pastor in Florida for many years as well as coaching at the local school. It was during that time that he got a burden for Campus Ministry. In February of 2011, he joined First Priority in West Florida. Two years later, he moved his family to West Texas to become the Executive Director in the Permian Basin. Shane lives in Odessa, TX with his wife, Natalie and oldest daughter Tori. His youngest daughter, Tristan currently lives in Anchorage, AK.

Steve Cherrico

Regional Manager

Steve Cherrico has been married to his wife, Jessi for 25+ years, and is the father of three children, all adopted out of the Greater Nashville area. He has more than 25 years invested in Youth Ministry across the United States. He has served as a Youth Pastor, Next Gen Pastor and Campus Missionary through First Priority. He brings a unique view to Youth Ministry as he was brought to Christ through a peer at his school sharing the gospel at 15 years old and has been involved in youth ministry ever since.

Will Sherman

Regional Manager

Will Sherman is originally from Birmingham, AL, but grew up in Tennessee and Arkansas. Will has been in student ministry since 2002 and has been leading worship since he was a teenager. He is a graduate of Arkansas Tech University and has a Masters from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Will is married to his lovely wife Elizabeth and has two children – Skylar and Emily. Will is passionate about connecting youth with Jesus and the local church. He leads First Priority of America in the Fort Worth area and is excited for his call to serve the Lord in Tarrant County.

Kristina Sears

Systems and HR Director

Kristina serves as our Systems and HR Director and plays a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly behind the scenes. She spends her days working within the various systems we rely on, such as Virtuous, Quickbooks HR, DocuSign, and more, ensuring everything functions seamlessly so our team can stay focused on our mission.
Kristina also manages all of our Human Resources needs. From hiring and recruiting to onboarding and staff support, she brings a thoughtful and strategic approach to building a strong and healthy team culture.
Kristina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and brings over a decade of experience as a dedicated youth ministry volunteer. She lives in the Nashville area with her husband, Philip, and daughter, Anna, and loves that her adult son, Evan, lives nearby.

Janice Blanchett

Executive Assistant and Bookkeeper

Janice has worked at First Priority since 2016. She has a dual role as Executive Assistant to our President, Mark Robbins and as our Bookkeeper, working closely with our Accountant. She is responsible for "all things" administrative, keeping our National Office running smoothly and handles all Accounts Receivable and Payables. She is a graduate of Oral Roberts University, and earned a Bachelors of Science degree in 1985 with an emphasis in Journalism. She also writes Children’s books in her spare time. Janice and her husband, Mark have been married 37 years and have 5 children: James (Lauren), Jared (Jieun), Jillian (Matthew), Jessica and John Mark. They also have two grandchildren, Liam and Porter.

Susan Cagna

Resource and Event Coordinator

Susan works for First Priority of America as the Resource and Event Coordinator. Susan is married to Thomas Cagna, and has two children: Sarah, who attends Lee University, and Alex, who is a junior in high school. She has been a Congregational Pastor at Christ Church Nashville for over 24 years. She also serves on the altar care and prayer teams. She helps lead the Married Life Sunday School class and also serves as the Special Event Pastor for the Women's Ministry.

She owns and operates an etiquette business that teaches self confidence, interview skills, speech, and table manners to children and teens.

Susan loves the outdoors, beautiful flowers, a good book, and spending time relaxing with family, friends, and her three cats. Her favorite scripture is Jeremiah 33:3 - "Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know:."

Tayana Bradley

Creative Content & Marketing Manager

Tayana serves as our Marketing and Content Creator at First Priority. She is married to Parker and lives in Murfreesboro, TN. Originally from Ohio, she attended Cedarville University.
She has a degree in Broadcasting, Digital Media, and Journalism, along with a Minor in Biblical Counseling.

Having recently joined the team, Tayana is already deeply invested in First Priority's mission and is excited to contribute her skills and passion to the company's growth. She has a passion for storytelling and believes that First Priority has incredible stories to tell through their marketing.

Michael Butler

Technology and Content Strategist

Michael Butler grew up in North Louisiana where he lives with his wife, Becca, and daughter, Ella. He has served the local church since 2012 as a Youth Pastor to various churches in Louisiana and Texas. Michael's involvement with First Priority started as a Campus Coach when he learned of the impact it can have on campuses all over. You will likely find him enjoying a coffee shop on any trip he takes.

Nathaniel Gray

Programs Coordinator of FPXpress and Alumni

Nathaniel (Nate) serves as the Programs Coordinator of First Priority over FPXpress and Alumni. Nate is a creative leader and builder with experience in ministry, construction, and music. He’s passionate about casting vision, developing teams, and pointing others to Jesus. He and his wife, Mikaela, have three children: Sadie, Beckham, and Sutton.

Justin Theriot

Director Cincinnati

Justin Theriot has been serving with First Priority in many different roles since 2018. Starting in
Nashville, TN, he has been a Campus Coach, an Area Coordinator, a Ministry Director and now
the District Director for Greater Cincinnati. He has been married for 11 years to his best friend,
Deanna Theriot. Together they have 4 children; Gemma(9yr), Jasper(7yr), Hayden(5yr) and
Ezra(18m). When he is not doing student ministry or spending time with his first ministry, his
family, Justin is outside in God’s creation playing disc golf, basketball or working out in his home
gym. He has grown very fond of Cincinnati over the past 2 yrs and has fully embraced the
fandom of the Reds, Bengals and a love for Skyline Chili.

Ty Singleton

Area Coordinator Cincinnati

With over 20 years of dedicated service in youth leadership, Ty Singleton brings a wealth of experience and passion to his role as a Area Coordinator in Cincinnati, OH. Combining a deep commitment to guiding young people with a background in impactful speaking and ministry, Ty has established a reputation for fostering meaningful connections and inspiring personal growth among youth.

Outside of his professional life, Ty enjoys spending time with family, exercising, and meeting new people, which he believes enriches his perspective and enhances his ability to connect with others.

Ty is excited to continue his journey in bringing the hope of Christ to every student by working with First Priority and is committed to making a positive impact in young people's lives.

Jerry Wallace

Area Coordinator Cincinnati

Jerry and his wife Kim have 5 amazing boys ranging from 11 to 21 years old. Our family has been involved in various Christian ministry work such as leading youth group and youth camp events at our church, participating as an Upward Bound Youth Sports Director, and as area coordinators for Angel Tree ministry serving children with incarcerated parents for the past 15 years. Jerry has served as an ordained deacon and an ordained minister in Northern Kentucky part time since 2015. Jerry has served as the executive director of the Council of Christian Reentry Ministry from 2012 until joining First Priority in January of 2025. Jerry and his wife Kim feel blessed to now be a part of First Priority bringing the hope of Christ to every student through school clubs.

Josiah Richard

Intern Cincinnati

Josiah Richard is a marketing intern for First Priority Cincinnati. Josiah is a freshman at Northern Kentucky University studying marketing. Josiah has been involved in youth ministry at his church since he was in middle school and is excited for the opportunity to take a new role in a new ministry. In his free time Josiah loves to stay active working out or playing any kind of sport, he also enjoys movies and is always willing to take someone in a game of Catan. Josiah also loves to watch the Bengals and Reds especially with some Skyline chili in hand.Nashville, TN, he has been a Campus Coach, an Area Coordinator, a Ministry Director and now

Heather Bundy

Director Fort Worth

Heather Bundy is originally from Carmel Valley, California, but came to Texas to attend Texas Christian University and study education in 1994. Heather has been in public and Christian education since 1998 and has worked with children and youth in ministry since 2008. She is married to her husband, Jeff, and has two amazing children, William and Emma. Heather enjoys working with youth in ministry, being outdoors, and spending intentional time with family. She is an Area Coordinator in Ft. Worth and is excited to serve First Priority, connecting youth in student leadership, giving them the opportunity to know and hear the gospel of Christ, and ultimately connecting them to the local church.

Tim Rose

Area Coordinator Fort Worth

Tim Rose is originally from Stillwater, Oklahoma but came to Texas as soon as he could to attend Texas Baptist College. He graduated from TBC in 2018 and then graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2020 with a Masters of Arts in Christian Education specializing in Student Ministry. Throughout his years in student ministry, Tim had a passion for sharing the good news with every student. He is excited to continue this with First Priority and empowering students to share Christ with one another and connect back to the local church. When not with students, Tim enjoys being with his wife and 3 kiddos, fishing, smoking meat, and cheering on the Texas Rangers.

Ashley Jones

Director Houston North

Ashley Jones joins First Priority from the corporate world, where she has spent the bulk of her professional life in the Events Industry as an executive, developing teams and processes to improve company culture and efficiency. The Lord has blessed her with many opportunities to serve the Body of Christ: as a worship leader, working with women, as well as kids and students. God was in every detail that led her to First Priority, and back into a full-time ministry capacity. Ultimately, it was her love for Jesus and for people, for them to know the hope of Christ, that drew her heart to FP.

She and her husband Alex have been married for 20 years and are the blessed parents of 5 incredible kids; some of which will be walking with her to launch FP clubs in Houston this fall. The Jones Family is called to ministry together and are thrilled to walk in this next season and all that God will do in Space City! #LaunchingHouston

Jo Jabbia

Director Houston West

Joseph has been dedicated to student ministry for the past seven years, with a deep passion for seeing every student come to know and be transformed by Jesus Christ. As the District Director for First Priority Houston, he is committed to uniting local churches with a strategic plan to bring the Gospel to middle and high school campuses across the city and beyond.

In early 2024, Joseph, his wife Haleigh, and their two daughters, Selah and Shiloh, felt called to Houston and have fully embraced the city and its surrounding communities. With a strong belief that God is moving in powerful ways, he is focused on equipping students, churches, and leaders to create lasting spiritual impact in schools.

With First Priority recognized as a nationally accredited student-led non-profit, Joseph is honored to help lead one of its largest initiatives in Houston. Through collaboration with pastors, ministry leaders, and educators, he is dedicated to building a movement that empowers students to share the Gospel, make disciples, and influence their generation for Christ.

Logan Miller

Director Kansas City

Logan Miller has been serving God in various ways since graduating college in 2011. He spent six years in student ministry in Columbia, Missouri, and Sandy, Utah. God eventually led him and his amazing wife, Samantha, back to Kansas City, where they both grew up and fell in love back in high school. For the past eight years, Logan ventured into sales and marketing, gaining valuable leadership experience and learning the importance of living an integrated life of faith in the workplace, where others may not share his love and passion for Christ.

Logan and Samantha have three terrific children—Jude, Hallie, and Benji. A self-described "old soul," Logan's college friends affectionately nicknamed him "Papa-Loge." He finds joy in deep conversations over coffee, considers thinking a fun activity, and is fascinated by history-based movies and shows. A lifelong Kansas City Chiefs fan, he grew up cheering alongside his father and now enjoys passing on that tradition with his kids.

Jenna Doll

Area Coordinator Kansas City

Jenna Doll lives in Kansas City, MO. Jenna has been actively sharing the gospel since she was 12 years old. Because of her story and sharing her faith at a young age, she is passionate about helping students do the same. Jenna has been working in ministry since March 2022 and is excited to be a part of the First Priority Kansas City team.

Kristi Olson

Area Coordinator Kansas City

Kristi was born and raised in Kansas City and is passionate about faith, family, and the great outdoors. A 2005 graduate of Central Methodist University, Kristi spent ten years in the insurance industry before answering a deeper calling—serving in the local church as a kids pastor for seven years.
She’s been married to her husband, Eric, for 17 wonderful years, and together they’re raising four amazing girls on a piece of country land filled with animals and adventure. The whole family shares a love for the outdoors, and sports.

Kristi’s heart beats for the next generation, and she is excited to bring the hope of Jesus to students through campus clubs—helping them encounter love, purpose, and belonging wherever they are.

Marla Crisman

Outside of a five year adventure in St. Louis, Marla has called Kansas City home since childhood. She received her education degree from University of Central Missouri and taught in both public and private school settings before answering the call to student ministry in the local church. Most recently, she served as Middle School Director and loved the excitement Middle School students bring to everything, including following Jesus!

Marla and her husband, Darin, married right after college and have two grown sons, a daughter-in-law, and sweet granddaughter. The family loves traveling and adventuring outdoors together or finding the best coffee shops wherever they go.

Marla’s heart is for every student to know how much God loves them and to know Jesus as their Savior and best friend.

Chuck White

Director of Lake Cumberland

Chuck has been working in youth ministry for 35 years. He is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a double major in Computer Information Systems and Business Management.
After graduation, he married Tina and they moved to the Cincinnati area. After the birth of their daughter Haley, they decided to move back to Somerset, Kentucky where they still reside.
For the past four years, Chuck has been working in various capacities with First Priority Tri-County. The first year he was a volunteer during the Launch Event, was an INVITE week speaker at multiple schools, and became the Campus Coach at Pulaski County High School. The next year he served as Network Director for the Lake Cumberland area, and now he serves as full-time Director.
Chuck enjoys spending time with his family, going to the beach, watching and participating in sports, and loves riding dirt bikes in the hills of Eastern Kentucky.

TD Fugate

Area Coordinator of Lake Cumberland

TD Fugate was born in Louisville, KY, and raised in southeastern Kentucky. He gave his life to Christ at the age of 8 and has been faithfully serving the Lord ever since.

Terry is an active member of Grace Fellowship Church in London, KY, where he serves on the church board, sings on the praise team, and serves in the youth group alongside his wife, Amanda. With more than 14 years of management experience, he brings both leadership and a servant’s heart to every role he takes on.

A longtime supporter of First Priority, Terry was active in the ministry throughout his years at Middlesboro High School, graduating in 1998. He later served on the First Priority Tri-County Board and now serves as Area Coordinator for Lake Cumberland, where he continues to invest in students and leaders.

Terry and Amanda are blessed with six children—Grace, Wally, Carrie, Peyton, Rylee, and Jace. His greatest passion is pointing others to Christ and helping them experience the joy of walking with Him.

David North

Director Northeast Tennessee

David North grew up in the mountains of East Tennessee where he met and married his wife, Julie. They have been married for 28 years and have three children.

David has spent the last 21 years working in medical sales where he has won performance awards with several companies, including Forest Pharmaceuticals, Johnson & Johnson and Medtronic. In 2020, David formed his own company Moriah Medical, a medical device distribution company with a focus on providing minimally invasive therapies for the treatment of chronic pain.

David has been involved in various ministries inside and outside of the church walls, serving as a youth leader, deacon, Sunday school teacher, worship leader, and orchestra member as well as helping to found a Classical Christian school in 2006 and leading a Bible study for young men in his home.

His desire is to see young people introduced to the saving grace of Jesus Christ and cultivate a deeper walk with their Savior.

Haley Wherry

Area Coordinator and Trainer Northeast Tennessee

Haley Wherry is a First Priority Area Coordinator and Trainer in the Northeast Tennessee District. He has been involved with youth and college ministry for over 30 years, serving as Youth Pastor, Interim Pastor, Campus Ministry Coordinator, Event Coordinator and more. He has worked for First Priority since 2009 and loves empowering students and encouraging youth workers. Haley has a heart for Northeast Tennessee having been born and raised in the region. He and his wife, Kelly, have two children and one grandchild: Brock who is married to Raleigh with their son Zebedee, and Barrett who is married to Richie.

Austin Hall

Area Coordinator Northeast Tennessee

Austin Hall was born and raised in East Tennessee. Just like many First Priority students across the nation, Austin began sharing the gospel with his peers from the age of 15. His hope and desire is to empower the next generation of middle school and high school students to live out their faith in a real way on their campus. Austin currently lives in Seymour, TN where he oversees the Cocke County and Sevier County area.

Jeff Stanford

Director of the Ozarks

Jeff Stanford is a 25 year Youth Ministry veteran. He graduated from Liberty University with both undergrad and masters in church ministry. He served as Youth Pastor in South Florida for 12 years before transitioning over to First Priority South Florida. After serving FPSFL for 10 years as director of Palm Beach and Treasure Coast he and his family moved to Springfield, MO. He worked as a Sales and Service Agent for the local Geico Office there, all the while building a foundation that is now First Priority of the Ozarks.

Jeff married his college sweetheart Brandi and they have 2 kids, Courtney and Austin. Some of Jeff's favorite things are woodworking, University of Texas Longhorns (mainly football and baseball), and just spending time with his wife and kids.

Steve Snapp

Ozarks Area Coordinator

Steve is an area coordinator with First Priority of the Ozarks. He has lived in Springfield MO. almost his entire life and loves the beauty and nature around the Ozarks. Steve is married to his lovely wife Dawn and has two kids Sophie and Kelsey and two grandbabies Kingston and Selah. Steve has served as an adult leader in youth and college ministry and has a passion to mentor students. He loves golf, camping, lake life, being outdoors, everything food and very black coffee. Spending time with his family and making them laugh is his favorite thing to do.

Chad Kirtlan

Ozarks Area Coordinator

Chad is an area coordinator with First Priority of the Ozarks. He has lived in Springfield MO area for the last 5 years. Chad is married to his wife Lindsay and has four kids Emerson, Elliot, Evie Mae, and Emmie Lou. Chad has been a youth pastor for over 10 years and has a passion for helping students become leaders. He loves spending time with his family, eating great food and listening to leadership podcasts.

Patrick Mankin

Director San Antonio

Patrick met his wife, Natasha, while attending Bible college, and together they have dedicated their lives to serving families and sharing the hope of Jesus.

For over 20 years, Patrick has been involved in family ministry and has played a key role in two church plants—one in Kansas City and one in San Antonio.

Natasha teaches in the local community, and their two children, Chloe and Eli, are both in high school. The Mankins are passionate about helping the next generation know and follow Christ.
