Updating a Club Status

Labeling a Club status helps you create a pipeline when launching new Clubs.

There are four club statuses you can choose from:

• Active (Green) – This status represents a club that is actively meeting and has club meetings scheduled.
• Needs Attention (Blue) – This status represents a club that might need a little more attention.
• Pending (Yellow) – This club is new and will start soon. However, there are no club meetings scheduled.
• Inactive (Red) – This status represents clubs that are currently not meeting and have no plans to launch.

Note: All new clubs will receive a Pending status until 1) someone changes the status by using the process below or 2) someone schedules a club meeting for that club.

To change the status of a club, use the following process.

1) From your club list, click on the club you want to update.

2) Change the status by using the dropdown menu.
